5-6 meals in a day. Early morning. ★1-2 glass of water. Meal 1. Breakfast. ★Milk+bread sandwich with vegetables. OR ★Two parantha with vegetables and curd. OR ★Milk with fruits or dry fruits + cornflakes. Meal 2. School tiffen. ★vegetable idli or upma or poha or parantha with vegetable and curd. Meal 3. Lunch ★Dal + rice + curd salad. OR ★Chapati dal+ vegetables +curd salad. Meal 4. Evening snack. ★Milk or shakes or fruit with milk or milk + sandwich or poha. Meal 5. Dinner ★Chapati with vegetable. ★After dinner - Milk or ice cream or fruit.

SOLAR SYSTEM IN OUR GALAXY

So far, astronomers have found more than 500 solar systems and are discovering new ones every year. Given how many they have found in our own neighborhood of the Milky Way galaxy, scientists estimate that there may be tens of billions of solar systems in our galaxy, perhaps even as many as 100 billion.

PHASES OF MOON

The phases of the Moon are the different ways the Moon looks from Earth over about a month. As the Moon orbits around the Earth, the half of the Moon that faces the Sun will be lit up. The different shapes of the lit portion of the Moon that can be seen from Earth are known as phases of the Moon.
