OR ★Chapati dal+ vegetables +curd salad. Meal 4. Evening snack. ★Milk or shakes or fruit with milk or milk + sandwich or poha. Meal 5. Dinner ★Chapati with vegetable. ★After dinner - Milk or ice cream or fruit.
