DIET CHART

5-6 meals in a day. Early morning. ★1-2 glass of water. Meal 1. Breakfast. ★Milk+bread sandwich with vegetables. OR ★Two parantha with vegetables and curd. OR ★Milk with fruits or dry fruits + cornflakes. Meal 2. School tiffen. ★vegetable idli or upma or poha or parantha with vegetable and curd. Meal 3. Lunch ★Dal + rice + curd salad. OR ★Chapati dal+ vegetables +curd salad. Meal 4. Evening snack. ★Milk or shakes or fruit with milk or milk + sandwich or poha. Meal 5. Dinner ★Chapati with vegetable. ★After dinner - Milk or ice cream or fruit.
